Julian Ebai is a Managing Director and consultant of JetPlay Consulting Limited. He advises clients based in Europe and Africa on business reengineering and implementation of Enterprise Planning Applications such as Oracle Financials, Human Resource, Payroll, Self Service, I recruitment and I-procurement.

Prior to this Julian was a commercial contracts manager for A Financial Group and British Aviation Services.
Julian is currently working with the Cameroonian Government and the Private Sector to provide an enabling environment to encourage the inward flow of FDI and foreign investors especially from the Middle East. The particular areas of focus are the building of basic infrastructure such as roads, bridges, ports, the development of ICTs and Human Resources capacity building.
He plays a major leadership role in numerous areas related to his expertise and is widely consulted locally and internationally.
Julian has a BSc in Economics/Accountancy from University of Cardiff, LLB (Hons) from Demont Fort University, LLM International Commercial and Trade Law from Sheffield University and a Business French Diploma from the University of Stendhal Grenoble, France, been on a variety of ICT, ERP and Leadership courses and Seminars, Oracle HRMS/Payroll suite attestation
